Start at Húsafell Information Center, where you’ll receive your helmet, buff, gloves, overshoes (if needed), and warm overalls. We still recommend wearing layers underneath, as Icelandic weather can be freezing.
Next, hop into a super jeep to reach the glacier’s edge, where our local guides will provide safety instructions before the adventure begins. Ride across the breathtaking glacier, learn fascinating facts from your guides, and capture unforgettable photos along the way, during our snowmobile adventure we will visit the worlds largest man made ice tunnel which, the glacier's heart reveals its secrets, with layers of ice and volcanic ash telling stories of decades past.
